Is the rental deposit required?

Yes, as follows:

  • If you would like us to hold your date, a gooking deposit of $25 (for 5-hour block) or $50 (for full day) is required. This deposit is nonrefundable and will be applied to the rental fee.

  • 50% of the remaining rental fee must be paid no later than ten days after signing the rental agreement.

  • The remaining balance will be due no later than two days prior to event.

How many people will The Keeler Place hold?

We have chairs for 56 people, and 12 6-foot rectangular tables.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes. Please contact us for details.

Do you have table coverings?

Not currently. Table coverings are required, however, and must be provided by the renter.

Is smoking allowed?

Only in our outside designated smoking area.

Is alcohol allowed?

Yes, provided certain requirements are met. Please contact us for more details.
